Art and Science | Quercus Alba CiderProducer: Art and Science Fruit: Blend of Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Bortlinger and Judeline cider apple varieties Origin: Willamette Valley, Oregon Alcohol: 7. 5% Vintage: 2020 Farming winemaking: Organic, biodynamic fruit from a 36 year old orchard, indigenous yeasts. Fermented in barrel and aged in oak for 15 months. No added sulfites or sugar. Tasting Notes: got some lovely funk but fairly dry
