Slow and gradual to almost nothing, the once busy atmosphere quiets down with only a few cars passing by and only a few restless souls wandering around. The hours in between are still and oftentimes, eerie. Yet, it's a companionable solitude for some, a time to be at peace with ones thoughts or a time to make peace with
