This was painted plein air in beautiful Frensham of the little pond in the distance

The warm tones and softened edges allow the atmosphere to take the lead

Inspired by a day at West Wittering Beach but it could be anywhere

So I wanted to paint it in all its beauty as a window to days ahead

The visible texture is the result of painting over a previous work
