Casoni - Gibson Figs & CherriesThe Gibson line is a collaboration between Marian Beke and the Casoni distillery. Thisliqueur is made with Italian figs and cherries and balsamic vinegar of Modena. The colour is deep bronze brown. The nose is balsamic, pungent with notes of dried figs and almonds. On the palate it is rich and syrupy, complex with pronounced fig flavour.
