2022 Prunotto "Fiulot" Barbera d'Asti, Piedmont, ItalyABOUT THIS WINE "Fiulot" in Piedmontese dialect means "boy". A delicate and very drinkable Barbera, an expression of the fragrance and youth of the fruit. The grapes arrived at the cellar and were destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasted 5 7 days at a maximum temperature of 28 C. After racking, the wine completed both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation before winter.
