Matcha Whisk Shin Kazuho (Shiro/White)Hand carved by 24th generation master craftsman Sabun Kubo using high quality sustainably grown Hachiku bamboo grown in Japan. The bamboo is dried in the rice fields in winter, becoming white after a month of exposure to the sun and cold winds. Shin Kazuho is a style of whisk with very long prongs and a wide diameter.
