2025 Two Tone Tasmania EST Pinot NoirEST is a special release sourced from the East Coast of Tasmania, with the intention of highlighting regionality within our island state. Our EST (east) pinot noir is produced from a single site on the Freycinet Coast of Tasmania. The 2025 season kicked off with a warm spring, and similar to the previous year what followed was a hot dry summer. The East coast fruit was treated to whole berry ferment with 7 10 days on skins.
